DESCRIPTION
The Brand Intern provides general support to Brand Managers on a variety of projects in and around the Los Angeles area, including content shoots and live events. Their daily work schedule and specific deliverables will vary as project and business needs require. Throughout their internship, the Brand Intern will develop experience in content development, brand strategy, and project management. Basic responsibilities include;

General support in all aspects and elements of the account/brand
Support on all meeting set-up, logistics and client/industry research
Support in all influencer identification and hitlist construction
Generate ideas and actions that elevate creative and activation work
Provide consistent and clear communication internally
Develop an understanding of the client competition and industry
Responsible for all meeting notes and call reports
Responsible for asset and document filing on the server
Responsible for document and presentation proofing
Support brand department in all aspects of the account(s)

CONSIDERATIONS
The ideal candidate has interest in the field(s) of Entertainment, Marketing, Social Media, and/or Live Events.
Must maintain the ability to work nights and weekends as needed, sometimes in excess of 16+ continuous hours.
Must maintain access to reliable and consistent transportation and remain available for project-related travel, including tasks that require the use of a personal or company-issued vehicle, at all times.
Must be able to carry and/or lift items weighing 50lbs or greater without assistance.
Hybrid work environment: 3 to 5 days in-office each week.

COMPENSATION
The rate for this paid internship is $600.00 USD / week.

DESCRIPTION
The Production Intern provides general support to Producers and Associate Producers on a variety of projects in and around the Los Angeles area, including production shoots and live events. Their daily work schedule and specific deliverables will vary as project and business needs require. Throughout their internship, the Production Intern will develop experience in pre and post production processes and project management. Basic responsibilities include;
Assemble and pack influencer kits and promotional mailers to a meticulous standard.
Transport materials to / from shipping carriers and / or recipients within the greater Los Angeles area.
Receive, audit, and organize physical project inventory to a meticulous standard.
Assist Producers and Associate Producers with project-related research and product sourcing as needed.
Assist Producers and Associate Producers with data entry as needed.
Provide on-site support to Producers and Associate Producers during production builds, live events and tear-downs.
Provide on-site support to Producers and Associate Producers during film shoots, including support with pre and post-production processes, as needed.
Contribute creative and technical feedback to Production, Studio and Brand team leadership, including active participation in agency-wide ideation sessions.
Generate ideas and actions that enhance the quality of our work and elevate our collective creative standard.
Support in process implementation and provide relevant feedback and suggestions as necessary or when prompted.
